The Programme is more like challenges or withdrawal symptoms. talk about how he may have anxiety, irritated etc. However, these are usually mild for light-mid smokers. We recommend using NRTs for heavy smokers to minimise the side effects.

What if my friends and family smoke?
Tell them you have decided to quit and you are on a quit journey. We strongly recommend, stop going out for a smoke break with your friends/colleagues in between work.

What happens if I relapse during the duration of the 12 weeks?
Our programme is designed to accommodate for relapses and has measures which help bring you back on track to quit smoking.

What happens if I relapse after the programme has ended?
Our stay quit support on the app helps you avoid any relapse

If I smoke when I drink, do I need to quit alcohol?
No, you don’t need to. It’s all about your mind. you can continue to drink but ensure that you drink until only you can make a sensible judgement to stay away from it. If its habit, ensure that you stay clear from drinking until your withdrawal symptoms reduce

I tend to get depressed when I quit smoking, what can I do?
It’s all in the mind. You have associated smoking cigarettes with depression, whereas it’s not depression but withdrawal symptoms of feeling low that you are experiencing.

What is Nicotine withdrawal? How long does it last?
Nicotine withdrawal usually peaks in the first week of quitting smoking and are completely gone within 4-8 weeks of quitting.

What information will I have to provide to start?

Why should I use NRT (Nicotine Replacement Therapy)?
NRTs are recommended for heavy smokers in order to minimise side effects from quitting smoking.

Will there be side effects from using NRT products?

Can I use NRT products if I’m pregnant?
If you’re pregnant, kindly consult a doctor before using NRT products.

Do I need a doctor’s prescription for NRT products?
No, in India a prescription is not required to purchase NRT products.

Will I have access to the programme resources even after my 12 weeks have ended?
Yes, it’s an annual subscription, you’ll have access to the programme resources for 12 months from the date of payment.

What is the cost to signup for this programme?
An annual one-time pre-payment of Rs.4000/-

Which payment methods and gateways can I use?

How soon can I enrol in the programme after completing the payment?
After completing the Pre-quit, you can start the programme a day after making the payment.

How do I view or download my invoice?
You can download a PDF of your invoice after completing the payment and a copy will also be emailed to you.
